43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Rule 4 of the Information 
Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive 
Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (“SPI Rules”). Where applicable, 
this Privacy Policy also incorporates relevant principles of the General Data 
Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) for users located outside India. 
This Privacy Policy describes how VyroHotels and Homes Pvt. Ltd. 
(“VyroHotels,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, receives, stores, processes, uses, 
and protects your personal information when you access or use our website 
(www.vyrohotels.com), mobile application, and related services (collectively, 
the “Platform”). 
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read,
