VyroHotels – Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which bookings made through the VyroHotels platform, including its website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), may be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

By making a booking through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking shall be deemed confirmed only upon:

• Successful payment (full or partial, as applicable), and
• Issuance of a confirmation via email, SMS, or in-app notification.

VyroHotels reserves the right to cancel any booking due to:

• Payment failure
• Pricing or technical errors
• Unavailability of the property

3. Cancellation by User

3.1 Cancellation Terms

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the hotel, room type, and booking conditions. The applicable policy will be displayed at the time of booking.

Unless otherwise specified:

• Free Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time may be eligible for a full refund.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in may be subject to partial or full cancellation charges.

• Non-Refundable Bookings: Certain bookings may be designated as non-refundable and shall not be eligible for any refund upon cancellation.

3.2 Cancellation Process

You may cancel your booking by:

• Logging into your account on the Platform, or
• Contacting customer support at support@vyrohotels.com.

Cancellation requests shall be considered effective only upon confirmation by VyroHotels.

4. Cancellation by VyroHotels

VyroHotels reserves the right to cancel bookings at its sole discretion in the following cases:

• Hotel unavailability or overbooking
• Technical errors, including pricing inaccuracies
• Suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity
• Force majeure events beyond reasonable control

In such cases, VyroHotels may:

• Provide alternative accommodation (subject to availability), or
• Issue a refund in accordance with applicable terms

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Eligibility

Refund eligibility shall depend on:

• The applicable cancellation terms at the time of booking
• The timing of cancellation
• The nature of the booking (refundable / non-refundable)

5.2 Processing of Refunds

• Approved refunds shall be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds shall be credited to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
• VyroHotels shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.

5.3 Non-Refundable Bookings

Bookings marked as non-refundable:

• Shall not be eligible for any refund upon cancellation
• May not be eligible for modifications, unless expressly permitted

6. No-Show Policy

If the guest fails to check in on the scheduled date and time:

• The booking shall be treated as a no-show
• The full booking amount may be forfeited
• No refund shall be provided

7. Modifications

Requests for modification (including changes to dates, room type, or guest details):

• Are subject to hotel policies and availability
• May involve additional charges
• Are not guaranteed and may be declined

8. Third-Party (Hotel) Policies

Each hotel or accommodation provider may have its own cancellation, refund, and check-in policies.

In case of any inconsistency, the specific policy displayed at the time of booking shall prevail.

VyroHotels acts solely as an intermediary and shall not be responsible for decisions made by the hotel.

9. Force Majeure

VyroHotels shall not be held liable for any cancellation, delay, or failure in performance arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Government actions or restrictions
• Pandemics or public health emergencies
• Strikes, riots, or civil disturbances

10. Limitation of Liability

VyroHotels acts as an intermediary platform facilitating bookings between users and hotels. VyroHotels shall not be liable for:

• Any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by hotel services
• Denial of check-in by hotels
• Service deficiencies at the property

VyroHotels’ total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the booking in question.
